Tasks, Coins and payouts

What are Coins worth?

1,000 Coins = 1 USD. Your account separates rewards into Pending, Available, and Paid balances.

When can I request a payout?

When your available balance reaches 5,000 Coins (5 USD). Rewards still under partner review are not part of the available balance.

How long does review take?

Usually 7–21 days. Timing depends on the partner task; cancelled or unconfirmed actions are not credited.

Why do I see no tasks?

Task availability depends on country, age, profile, and current partner demand. TIPS does not guarantee that tasks are always available.

Do I need to pay anything?

No. TIPS does not charge for registration, task access, or unlocking a payout.

Games and credits

What are Nodes in the games?

Nodes are the blue hexagonal in-game tokens. Each reward checkpoint gives 30 Nodes before the split: 10% goes to the shared pool and 90% to your balance. After the server confirms a run, Nodes are saved to a separate balance. Exchange them whenever you choose after a game or in your wallet: 10 Nodes = 1 TIPS Coin. Leftover Nodes are kept. You do not need a new record to earn them.

How do levels grow?

Confirmed tasks earn 1 XP per Coin; games earn 1 XP per 10 Nodes earned. XP is counted before exchanging Nodes. Your profile shows 100 levels, one-time Coin bonuses and reward review terms.

How can I boost Nodes after a game?

When an ad bonus is available, watch an ad after your run. Once the server confirms the view, the reward grows by 1.5–2 times. Then keep your Nodes or exchange them for Coins.

How many free runs do I get?

You receive 3 free runs in each of the five games every day. An extra run can be opened using the option shown in your account.

Why has my reward not appeared yet?

Task rewards appear after partner confirmation, while game Coins appear after the server validates the result. Refresh your account; if the status does not change, include the game or task, time, and amount in your ticket.

How is SCORE different from Coins?

SCORE determines your leaderboard position and is not currency. Coins increase your balance; exchange Nodes for them at the rate of 10 Nodes = 1 Coin.

What if the game closes or I lose connection?

TIPS keeps a completed result in the current session and retries after the connection returns. Open your account again and wait for the credit confirmation.

Account and support

Can I cancel a payout request?

Yes. You can cancel it in the wallet while its status is Requested or Under review. The frozen Coins return to your available balance.

How do I protect my account?

Never share your password, sign-in code, or payout details. TIPS does not ask you to pay to activate an account or unlock a payout.

Where is my ticket number?

It appears on screen after the form is sent. Save it so support can find your request faster.
